This vibrant piece of artwork is inspired by the 'Curve-Side' style alphabet which was very common in the 19th century. As it was the custom, each signwriter would have their own version of it. Therefore, I gave my touch to these letters too. This piece is far from being old-fashioned, on the contrary, by creating a three-dimensional piece and overlapping the letters which have different perspectives I have a modern touch to it. Meanwhile, I keep it classy with 23ct matter center and bright (mirror) gold outlines. The colour palette and brush-blending are key elements for achieving the groovy character I was looking for. I wanted to express Love, but wanted it to be far from the sweet and pinky tones very common out there. I was looking for a strong and irreverent artwork.

This original artwork is one of two original series and it comes with its own certificate of authenticity.

Technicalities of the piece:

• This is one of two 'Groovy Love' original series.
  At the moment only one piece had been done. however, Joha Mune reserves the right to reproduce this design once more time. She guarantees that the second artwork will be with a different colour palette.
• This original artwork is hand-painted with 23ct gold and enamels applying techniques such as reverse painting, Boston gilding and brush blending.
